ALL EMAIL ATTACHMENTS MUST BE STORED in 372’s Network Attached Storage (NAS) in their respective folders. This must be done IMMEDIATELY after reading the email.
This ensures:
- Everybody has easy access to the files; and
- The file is stored and backed-up external to your computer.
