Graphic Design Pre-Print Checklist
All items below must be ticked and signed finalised artwork is sent to the printer or client.

| 3 | Styling is consistent (headings, capitalisation, use of colour, spacing, etc) |
| 4 | The correct DPI has been used. Please specify: |
| 5 | Image quality and colour profile have been checked (CMYK or RGB) |
| 6 | All URLs, phone numbers and social media have been tested |
| 7 | Dimensions of the design are correct. Please specify: |
| 8 | Have you demonstrated WHERE to access pages and HOW to edit the pages including: |
| 9 | The correct brand colours and/or colour values have been used. All unnecessary swatches have been removed from the artwork. PMS colours: Please confirm they are set up correctly by using Adobe Acrobat Output preview before sending to print. |
| 10 | All unused file layers and graphics have been removed from the file. |
| 11 | Design has been printed and tested |
| 12 | Client has approved the design in writing |
| 13 | Design has been double checked by Senior Designer or Creative Director |
| 14 | The file has correctly been named and stored on the server as per the requirements |
