Hosting and CMS access

13 views Less than a minute 0
  1. Refrain from giving a client or any third-party full access to their website’s Web Hosting or CMS admin without the client first acknowledging in writing that they understand the risks and their responsibilities.
  2. Where full access to the Web Hosting or CMS admin is required by a client or any third-party, a backup of the site must be created before providing the access details. The backup of the site must then be setup onto another staging server for comparison. A fee equivalent to 4 hours of backend is required for this work to commence plus $22 per month to pay for hosting the staging, while the project is in progress all the way up to the end of the product warranty which varies from 90 to 120 days based on the contract agreement.
