Release of Coyrighted Material

COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT

This copyright agreement is made effective from final payment received, between 372 Digital Pty Ltd, of Unit 8-24 Iron Knob Street, Fyshwick 2609 and [CLIENT NAME], of [CLI- ENT ADDRESS].

In this agreement, the party who is granting the rights to use the [NAME OF ITEM] will be referred to as the ‘Agency’, and the party who is receiving full copyrights will be referred to as ‘The Director’.

The parties agree as follows:

GRANT OF FULL COPYRIGHTS

The Director will receive 100% copyright ownership of the [ITEM NAME] created by the Agency upon full payment is received to the total amount of $X.XX.

This Agreement governs the relationship between the parties and in no communication or other exchange, shall modify the terms of this Agreement unless agreed to in writing.

Upon the successful completion and delivery of this Agreement by you and the Agency, both parties hereby accepts no further liability set by the Contract entered.
