SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL

  • Work will be carried out only when a request is provided in writing to support@372digital.com.au.
  • A work request is deemed to be a binding contract between 372 Digital and the client.
  • All packages are valid for 12 months from date of payment being received.
  • A report summary detailing our use of credit and remaining credit will be forwarded to the client shortly after the service is completed.
  • Service can be provided to action requests from client about an issue or improvement they like to address, however is not an automated monitoring service. To register for an automated monitoring service please contact us; additional terms and conditions apply.
  • Some requests may be actioned immediately, however in some instances may take 1 to 3 business days from receipt of request.
  • Pricing is subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT

  • All packages require upfront payment prior to the commencement of work.
  • If the matter is urgent and the client has insufficient or no credit, please contact our Studio Manager on 1300 971 882 to make a payment over the phone (a 4% merchant fee will apply).
  • If credit is exhausted prior to the completion of the work, the client will be notified immediately via email or phone and a top up of credit will be required before work continues.
  • Payments are non-refundable.

NATURE OF REQUEST

  • Service credit can be used for Content Management System (CMS), plugins and security updates, content and image management, technical support, minor structural and functional development, research, testing, and design.
  • Service credit cannot be used to provide major structural or functional updates.
  • All work requests estimated to take less than 2 hours to complete will be administered without notice. Work estimated to take more than 2 hours will require client approval before proceeding.
  • Service is administered on a timed basis and is not designed to offset fixed price quotations. 372 Digital can allow the remaining credit for offsetting the cost of a quotation only by the dollar value and not the amount of time remaining. The remaining hours will be multiplied by the current hourly rate and multiplied again by the maximum package discount of 7.5%.

SUPPORT HOURS

  • Service is available during business hours only.
    These are Monday to Friday, between 9:00am and 5:30pm excluding public holidays, weekends and for approximately two weeks over the Christmas and New Year period. Please contact us for specific dates if required.
  • Any service outside of business hours will incur additional time on top of the time taken to complete the work. The time is calculated as follows:
    6.01pm to 8.29am, Monday to Friday, time x 1.5. Weekends, public holidays and during the Christmas and New Year period, time x 2.0.
